🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing all product photos, descriptions, and measurements before placing your order.
  • If you’re unsure about any product detail, feel free to DM us on Instagram or message us directly — we’re always happy to help!

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged during delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or an exchange.

To Be Eligible for a Refund or Exchange:

  1. You must share a complete unboxing video, starting from the sealed package to clearly showing the damage.
  2. The video must be recorded without any cuts or edits.
  3. Send the video to us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  4. Once verified, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged item.

📌 Refunds or exchanges will be declined if:

  • The damage cannot be verified from the video.
  • The unboxing video is missing or incomplete.
  • The product appears to be used or altered.
